📦 Exchange Policy
We currently offer exchanges only — no cash refunds. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will exchange it for you.

- Exchange request must be made within 3 days of receiving the product
- Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Original packaging must be intact
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required

- Items without original packaging
- Sale or discounted items
